Replacing mercury relays with highly reliable and long-lasting bestact relays!
Small-sized board-mounted relay
The Bestact relay boasts high reliability and longevity even with frequent use, and it has stable contact resistance values! It is a reliable alternative that has a proven track record of replacing mercury relays!
According to the Mercury Pollution Prevention Act, the use and manufacture of mercury-containing switches and relays will be prohibited after the end of 2020. Therefore, we would like to propose Bestact relays and Bestact switches. With their high contact reliability and resistance to high-frequency use, they have a proven track record of replacing mercury relays, and they are also highly effective in applications such as the railway market, where high reliability and long lifespan are required. We strongly recommend that those still using mercury relays and mercury switches consider alternatives as soon as possible. Company information
For over 40 years, our relays and sensors have been trusted and used in various markets where reliability and safety are essential, such as in Shinkansen (bullet trains) and steel manufacturing. With advantages such as an electrical lifespan that is twice that of standard relays and a failure rate of 1/20 under low loads, we contribute to improving equipment reliability while also reducing running costs by decreasing the frequency of replacements. Leveraging the excellent environmental resistance of our products, they perform well even in harsh conditions, such as in vegetable factories where humidity is present.
