Protects workers with a two-stage warning sound and automatic stop.
The MF Stop detects IC tags using a semi-active RFID system with a magnetic field, reducing the risk of contact accidents through a two-stage alarm and automatic stop when "heavy machinery equipped with a detector" and "a person carrying a tag" come close together. ◎ Reducing the risk of contact accidents with a two-stage alarm When a worker carrying an IC tag enters the set magnetic field, a buzzer and patrol light installed on the work vehicle provide a warning. The detection distance is divided into two stages: "outer alarm" and "inner alarm," each emitting different sounds for the alerts. Workers are warned by the buzzer sound emitted from the tag. Additionally, during the inner alarm, the excavator automatically stops due to the Rent Original Box. ◎ 360° detection capability With 360° detection capability, there are no blind spots in the detection range. By using a magnetic field to create an area, it can detect and warn about work vehicles located beyond walls or obstacles. It can also detect in dark environments such as tunnels and in areas with obstacles.

Detailed information
-
The MF stop issues a warning with a buzzer and patrol light installed on the work vehicle when a worker carrying an IC tag enters the set magnetic field. It is divided into two stages, "outer alarm" and "inner alarm," based on the detection distance, each producing a different sound for the alert. Workers are warned by the buzzer sound emitted from the tag. Additionally, during the inner alarm, the excavator will automatically stop due to the Rent Original Box.

Since it can detect 360°, there are no blind spots in the detection range. By using a magnetic field to create an area, it can also detect and warn about work vehicles that are behind walls or obstacles. It can detect in dark environments such as tunnels and in areas with obstacles.
-
By installing a device that creates a "non-detection area" that does not detect tags in the driver's seat, it becomes possible to operate the vehicle while holding the tag. There is no limit to the number of IC tags, so it can be applied for as many workers as needed.
