Company information
Both rebuilding and remodeling achieve "high quality + low price" through material and labor separation. OK-DEPOT is a comprehensive select shop related to housing that sells housing equipment and building materials through material and labor separation. When it comes to home renovations or new construction and rebuilding projects, the process where the client purchases the materials and only hires contractors for specialized work is referred to as "material and labor separation" or "client-supplied materials." Typically, a complete package of materials and labor is common, but with material and labor separation, materials and products are clearly divided as "materials" and construction as "labor," allowing for smart, cost-effective realization of high quality, high performance, and low prices. Additionally, it is common for customers to purchase products through general retailers via wholesalers. Intermediate margins are generated through secondary and tertiary wholesalers before reaching the purchasing store, which sets the prices. If we could eliminate these intermediaries and sell products directly to customers... To break through the old barriers in the industry, we established a direct sales system for products through OK-DEPOT as a new distribution revolution. OK-DEPOT is a member of OKUTA Co., Ltd. (Okuta) and the OKUTA Family. We also develop and manufacture building materials using natural materials that consider the global environment, energy resources, and health.
