We will mold resin products that can display the recycling mark for paper, utilizing biomass plastic made with 51% cellulose fiber.
"Green Chip CMF" is a biomass plastic that contains a high proportion of cellulose fiber, a natural material, mixed with polypropylene and polyethylene resins. This product is a joint development by Tabakawa Paper Co., Ltd. and FP Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. Additionally, thanks to a dry special mixing method, it is more cost-effective compared to conventional cellulose fiber composite resins while possessing excellent characteristics such as the dispersibility of cellulose fiber and flowability during molding. Our company manufactures molded products utilizing "Green Chip CMF." Please feel free to contact us. [Environmental Considerations] - Reduction in the use of petroleum-derived resins - High incorporation of cellulose fiber made possible by the dry special mixing method - Products containing over 51% cellulose fiber can be disposed of as combustible waste, similar to paper products. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
