We would like to introduce the thermal storage combustion deodorization device "Deopo." This device combines the excellent features of the conventional three-tower and rotary thermal storage combustion deodorization systems (RTO) into a single unit. It boasts a VOC treatment efficiency of over 99% and a temperature efficiency of over 95%, and by minimizing the volume of the purge section compared to conventional models, it has been made more compact. It can be transported in an assembled state, so for standard units, only local unloading and installation work (connection of piping, ducts, and electrical wiring) are required, allowing for completion in about three days. Additionally, the compact design enables the installation of multiple units in parallel or in different buildings of the factory, allowing for operation based on the factory's production status, which offers benefits such as reduced fuel consumption. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
