Introducing the structure of the heat storage combustion deodorization device "Deopo." The burner maintains the combustion chamber at a high temperature, and if the solvent concentration is high, the burner stops (self-combustion operation). It boasts a VOC treatment efficiency of over 99% and a temperature efficiency of over 95%, and by minimizing the volume of the purge section compared to conventional models, it has been made more compact. It can be transported in an assembled state, so for standard units, only local unloading and installation work (connection of piping, ducts, and electrical wiring) are required, allowing for completion in about three days.
