The chipping surface created by ultra-high-pressure water ensures a wide adhesion area due to the optimal roughness generated by water impact, providing strong bonding strength when reapplying concrete. Our chipping robot and operator have been certified with the highest evaluation "Area I" (flatness, selectivity) according to the performance classification area evaluation criteria established by the Structural Construction Management Guidelines (East, Central, and West Japan Expressway Company standards).

The Jet Master is a robot that performs concrete slab chipping work using ultra-high-pressure water. By enabling the machine to hold a large volume of ultra-high-pressure water, which is impossible to maintain manually, it allows for stable and uniform spraying at the construction site through automatic control. The water jet and chipping robot contribute to the safety and quality improvement of concrete chipping. The features of this method are: (1) It generates minimal impact, deformation, strain, and residual stress on the target object, preventing the occurrence of micro-cracks and minimizing the impact on the structure. (2) By removing weak areas and leaving high-strength sections, it creates natural irregularities that significantly enhance the adhesion strength of the poured concrete. (3) Since the treatment is performed using only water, the separation and volume reduction of generated sludge are easy, making it an environmentally friendly method.
