We would like to introduce a case study of odor control measures implemented at a food factory that adopted NIOIX Corporation's deodorant spray system, the "NIOIX System." This pertains to the exhaust from the roasting machine in the food can plant. There were complaints from the neighborhood due to the manufacturing process of yakitori cans, but we were able to resolve the issue. An electric dust collector has been installed, and to prevent dirt from the exhaust oil affecting the spray nozzles, the nozzle installation method is designed to avoid direct contact with the exhaust gas, taking into account nozzle cleaning (maintenance). The "NIOIX System" is not only effective in deodorization but also designed for ease of handling, considering maintenance after operation. We install a spray box based on odor levels, odor quality, and exhaust air volume to enhance the contact efficiency with the deodorizing liquid "Yume Shota SH200," maximizing the deodorization effect.
