The "Nioix System" is a system that recreates odor-free spaces using the deodorizing agent "Yume Shota" in areas where "smells" occur. It demonstrates its effectiveness in various unpleasant odor and deodorization measures while operating manufacturing lines. Its safety has been verified by the Tokyo Food Research Institute and the Japan Analysis Center. Additionally, automatic dilution adjustment of "Yume Shota" is possible depending on the odor situation at the site, making it economical. The applications for implementation are diverse, including addressing the impact on regional environments such as pollution and creating a comfortable workplace for employees. We would like to introduce a case where the NIOIX deodorization system was implemented at a green recycling center, which was established to promote resource circulation towards the realization of a circular society, with the aim of reducing the burden of incineration facilities and promoting waste reduction and recycling. The center primarily processes pruning branches and grass clippings into fertilizer from leftover food waste, and our deodorizing liquid (Yume Shota SH200) is sprayed through nozzles in the receiving yard, primary fermentation tank, secondary fermentation tank, and work pathways. The NIOIX deodorization system and rock wool deodorization device have also been introduced, ensuring thorough measures against odors during fermentation.
