By simply installing a battery-operated wireless sensor, you can easily collect vibration and temperature data on your smartphone, and analyze that data using Torishima's unique methods to detect changes in machinery early. Additionally, since the data is managed in the cloud, it can be monitored remotely via a web interface. It performs frequency analysis of vibration acceleration up to 10,000 Hz, allowing for the early detection of condition changes that conventional sensors might miss by capturing "changes in frequency rather than the magnitude of vibrations." It is actively used in over 400 facilities, including power plants, manufacturing industries, and buildings.
