Reduction of disposal costs by approximately 2 million yen per year! Introduction of a case where we proposed the valuable purchase of plastic cardboard!
During the changeover in injection molding processes, plastic waste known as "puradango" is generated. We would like to introduce a case study on waste and cost reduction in the plastic molding industry. The company faced the challenge of wanting to reduce the waste costs associated with puradango generated during injection molding. In response, we proposed the purchase of puradango as a valuable material. Puradango can be processed through crushing and melting to create re-pellets. As a result, the monetization of puradango allowed for a 100% reduction in waste plastic disposal costs. [Case Study] ■ Target Customer: Plastic molding companies that generate puradango during changeovers in injection molding processes. ■ Challenge: To reduce the waste costs associated with puradango generated during injection molding. ■ Effects: - 100% reduction in waste plastic disposal costs through the monetization of puradango. - For a customer generating 4 tons/month: approximately 2 million yen/year reduction in disposal costs. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
