Even if other companies say "it's completely different from Excel, so we can't do it," Cellnets can do it!

Why did we request system development from Cellnets? In fact, before contacting Cellnets, we had also inquired with another system development company. However, while they could develop using programming languages like Perl and JavaScript, they declined, saying, "Excel is a completely different matter, so we can't do it." So, we searched the internet for companies that could develop systems using macros. Our criteria for selection were, of course, skill and the ability to proceed with work quickly. We looked at several development companies' websites, but in the end, we found that some were using outsourced staff for development. With such development companies, there was a possibility that our intentions would not be communicated to the outsourced developers, leading to rework, and we could foresee that this would ultimately delay the delivery date, so we decided to pass on them.
