Improved safety due to a reduction in unstable offshore operations! Prevention of salt damage and initial defects caused by seawater intrusion.
In the conventional "cast-in-place RC structure," the influence of tidal fluctuations raises concerns regarding workability and durability due to the assembly and dismantling of formwork supports, concrete pouring, and corrosion of rebar. To address these issues, we propose a "precast PC structure." The "modular PC pier" is a type of quay wall where the main structural components, including the outer perimeter of the pile heads and the receiving beams, are assembled using precast elements that are exposed to water during construction. After assembly, prestressing is introduced to create an integrated pier structure, suitable for both new construction and renovation of existing piers. 【Features】 ■ High quality ■ Improved productivity ■ Enhanced safety ■ Environmental consideration ■ Reduced load burden *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company was established in April 1952, focusing on the uniqueness of prestressed concrete (PC) introduced from France at that time. As a pioneer of PC technology in our country, we have contributed to national land development and the advancement of local communities for over 60 years, primarily through bridge construction. Moving forward, we are committed not only to new construction projects but also to enhancing measures for the longevity of bridges, strengthening maintenance and repair technologies, and developing new technologies and methods, all in efforts to create PC structures that meet societal needs.
