The conformal coating agent for automotive circuit boards, "FloroSurf," is gasoline-resistant and suitable for waterproofing and insulation protection of automotive electronic components, as well as for moisture-proof waterproof coatings to prevent ion migration on mounted circuit boards. It exhibits protective functions such as moisture resistance, saltwater resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, and water and oil repellency with a thin film. 【Features】 ■ Safe to use as it is a non-flammable, low-odor liquid! → FloroSurf is non-flammable and low in toxicity, thus not subject to PRTR law or fire safety regulations. 【Other Features】 - It has four times the moisture-proof performance compared to urethane and acrylic-based moisture-proof coatings, providing moisture protection with a thin film. It minimizes weight increase due to the coating film, making it ideal for lightweight devices such as mobile equipment. - It is resistant to the electrolyte of lithium batteries. It can protect the substrate in the event of electrolyte leakage, preventing fire accidents. - It exhibits strong protective effects against acidic gases, saline solutions, and corrosive liquids, also providing rust prevention. - Unlike silicone, it does not contain low molecular compounds, so it will not cause contact failure of electrical contacts after application. - It dries at room temperature, with a drying time of 5 seconds to 30 minutes. No heating is required. - The model with fluorescent dye (optional) allows for easy application confirmation under black light. - The non-flammable solvent type is non-flammable and low toxicity. It is not subject to PRTR law or fire service law regulations. No explosion-proof equipment is required. - It has low viscosity, making it easy to handle.
