The protective coating agent for electronic substrates, "Fluorosurf FG-3650 Series," is suitable for waterproofing and insulation protection of electronic components, as well as for moisture and waterproof coating of mounted circuit boards. It exhibits protective functions such as moisture resistance, saltwater resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, resistance to lithium battery electrolyte, and water and oil repellency, all in a thin film. 【Features】 ■ Non-flammable and low-odor liquid, making it safe to use! Not classified as an organic solvent. → Fluorosurf FG-3650 is non-flammable and low in toxicity, ensuring safety. It is not subject to PRTR law or fire service law regulations.
