The "Fluorosurf FG-3650 Series" electronic substrate protective coating (conformal coating) is suitable for waterproofing and insulating protection of electronic components, as well as for moisture-proof and waterproof coating of mounted substrates. It exhibits protective functions such as moisture resistance, saltwater resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, resistance to lithium battery electrolyte, water and oil repellency, gasoline resistance, migration prevention, and condensation leak prevention, all in a thin film. 【Features】 ■ Safe to use as it is a non-flammable, low-odor liquid! → Fluorosurf FG-3650 is non-flammable and low-toxicity, thus not subject to PRTR law or fire service law regulations. 【Other Features】 - The thin film provides moisture protection, minimizing weight increase due to the coating, making it suitable for lightweight devices such as mobile equipment. - It is resistant to the electrolyte of lithium batteries. It can protect the substrate in case of electrolyte leakage, preventing fire accidents. - It exhibits strong protective effects against acidic gases, saline solutions, and corrosive liquids, also providing rust prevention. - Unlike silicone, it does not contain low molecular compounds, so it will not cause contact failure of electrical contacts after application. - It dries at room temperature, with a drying time of 5 seconds to 30 minutes. No heating is required. - The non-flammable solvent type is non-flammable and low toxicity. It is not subject to PRTR law or fire safety regulations. - It has low viscosity and is easy to handle.
