Adding slip properties to silicone rubber
Generally, silicone rubber is not easily subjected to surface treatment, but it can be coated to provide slip properties. It suppresses the self-adhesiveness of silicone rubber and forms a smooth, dry film. This helps improve sliding properties and prevent sticking. It can be applied to O-rings and molded products. Not only the outer surface of silicone tubes but also the inner surface can be coated depending on the inner diameter and length.
