Intern training with a storyline that allows for step-by-step progression (3-pack).

We propose a pre-employment training program (three-part package) that gradually addresses concerns such as "deciding on a job without solidifying the basis for working" and "obtaining a job offer without sufficient understanding of the company" through regular contact. The themes of the training include "reflecting on job hunting," "what it means to work," and "desk rotation (employee interviews)." We offer training aimed at alleviating post-employment anxieties, building bonds with peers, and deepening understanding of the company, so please feel free to contact us if you have any requests. 【Training Content】 1. Reflecting on Job Hunting - Reflect on your job hunting experience through a framework and propose improvements for the recruitment process. 2. Desk Rotation (Employee Interviews) - After taking a course to enhance questioning skills, conduct interviews with multiple senior employees. - Learn about shared values and a professional mindset. 3.
