By combining a high-precision processed Iguchi bear (ball transfer) with an air cylinder, it is possible to move heavy objects such as mold setups. This is an economical and easy-to-use labor-saving device. The optimal Iguchi bear is combined with the lifting capacity, and along with high-precision processing, the starting resistance value is less than 2/100 even at maximum load. (Bottom surface of the transported object = equivalent to SS400) For example, even a 200kg transported object can be moved or rotated with just 4kg of force.
