It is a shrink film (shrink tube) made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) that shrinks in both vertical and horizontal directions, a biaxial type.
Grade-Specific Function Introduction General Grade G101 A general grade of PVC shrink film. Compared to other products, it has high transparency and very little of the characteristic odor of PVC. Available in transparent, white, black, and other colors. Cold-Resistant and High-Strength Grade G101-K A grade that incorporates special additives that provide strong puncture and tensile strength, capable of withstanding low temperatures. Antistatic Grade GS101 A grade that incorporates special additives to prevent static electricity. It suppresses the buildup of static electricity on the film surface, making it less likely for dust to adhere. Surface resistance value is below 10×10^13 Ω. 100% Recycled Product G101XG (SDGs Compliant Product) An environmentally friendly recycled product made from 100% recycled material, using finely crushed waste film generated during manufacturing, reprocessed into raw material. Stability and Low Odor Grade High Soft NF901 A grade with high safety, using additives equivalent to those in medical supplies. It is resistant to heat and humidity, has high stability, and exhibits low migration (bleed phenomenon) to packaged items. Additionally, it has a low characteristic odor of PVC. Ultraviolet Protection Grade High Soft NF901V Cuts ultraviolet transmission into the film by approximately 90% (wavelength 280-380nm, compared to our products).
