Noise suppression and reduced oil temperature extend the lifespan of rubber gaskets! A case study on shortening warm-up time in winter.
We would like to introduce a case study of improvements made by a company engaged in the linen supply industry. They were using general-purpose hydraulic oil in their dewatering machines, which caused the oil temperature to rise during operation, leading to equipment shutdowns and inefficiencies. Additionally, there were issues with noise and oil leaks due to the deterioration of seals. In response, we proposed a lubricant that suppresses oil temperature and saves energy, and switched the oil used. As a result, after the oil change, the oil temperature dropped from 55°C to 47°C, and the noise was reduced to a level where conversations could be held in front of the machine.
