We would like to introduce a case where we improved quality control efficiency by 30% based on consultations for improvement from our customer. The customer faced challenges such as quantifying the process capability of on-site machinery, reviewing quality management, and effectively utilizing inspection data. We implemented a combination of RPA tools and an inspection sheet system.
