Reproducing degradation in outdoor exposure at 1/100 of the time of metal halide lamp method and 1/10 of the weather meter time [ultraviolet light, visible light, degradation, time reduction].
The "AI Super UV Tester W161" is a super-accelerated weathering testing machine using a metal halide lamp system, developed by our company, a lamp manufacturer, to match the optimal wavelengths for promoting degradation. The specially developed lamp enhances the reproducibility of tests. It can replicate 10 years of outdoor exposure in approximately 40 days, achieving a time reduction of about 1/100. Compared to the xenon lamp-based weather meters adopted in various weathering test standards, it can also reduce time by 1/10. Therefore, it has many applications not only in research and development but also as a screening test before conducting standard tests with xenon-based weather meters. Additionally, many companies have adopted it for quality assurance inspections, setting their own inspection standards. 【Features (Partial)】 ■ Reduction of initial costs ■ Reduction of running costs ■ Remote monitoring and operation options available ■ Compatible with visible light standards using optional filters * A large-area model, W262, is also available in the lineup. * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
