High brightness, cool operation LED spot curing system
SkyBeam is a high-brightness, cool-operation LED spotlight curing system widely used on benchtops and automated production lines. This system includes long-life light guides and can independently operate up to four light guides with various lens types. Weighing only 3.25 pounds, it features user-friendly exposure time control, activation via foot pedal, and a built-in power supply that does not require an external power adapter. ● Four irradiation channels: Four independent irradiation channels each provide an exposure timer ranging from 0 to 999.9 seconds and an output adjustment range of 10 to 100%. ● External control interface: The system can be remotely monitored and controlled using isolated logic signals from the rear panel terminals. ● Long-life flexible light guides: The UV LED light guide cables are 2 meters of flexible robot cables, having undergone over 10 million bending tests. Available wavelengths are 365, 385, 395, and 405 nm.
