basic information
**Customer Challenges:** - Due to being a small management team, we are unable to answer the phone during outings or while attending to guests, resulting in missed reservations. - We handle personal information registration for callbacks through an automated system during closed hours and at night, but the registration rate is low, causing us to miss business opportunities. - We only want to outsource during busy periods or times, such as events and campaigns. - Due to the low number of calls, we cannot afford the labor costs of hiring new staff. - By answering calls during guest interactions, we keep customers waiting, which lowers customer satisfaction. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
