Our company designs and manufactures custom keyboards tailored to our customers' specifications. Here are some examples of requests we have received from customers. 【Overview】 ■Background When changing the model of manufacturing equipment, we were looking for a custom keyboard for embedded use, and we adopted it because it seemed possible to customize a favorite keyboard. ■Key Points of Implementation The key point is that it is equipped with a USB standard interface that allows for key code customization. Since it has an interface section, it can function as an input keyboard simply by connecting it to the main unit of the manufacturing equipment. The housing was designed with a sheet metal structure for embedding in the equipment, and optional parts were also adopted. ■Implementation Effects Customization of standard products enabled a cost-effective implementation. We adopted spring-type keys, achieving durability of over 10 million keystrokes.
