When you want to tighten with high torque, it is fastened using an insert nut (embedded nut) and a bolt. We have developed a resin embedded bolt that can be used for this high torque tightening. Our original developed resin embedded bolt, the "SSOO Bolt," features a special octagonal head shape that prevents slipping and protects the resin from damage, allowing for high torque tightening. This special octagonal shape is a unique development by Daiichi Kogyo. Here lies the secret to protecting the resin and enabling high torque tightening. The "SSOO Bolt" can be inserted during molding (insert) or filled afterward (outsert), allowing for methods tailored to the application.
