Detailed information

•

Case 1: Major Semiconductor Manufacturer - Vibration-Proof Pallet and Container ■Transportation of Semiconductor Components from Domestic to Overseas■ To protect precision component packages from various external factors during transportation, we have adopted a container-type vibration-proof pallet. The container features the company's logo design. It is designed to be foldable for the return trip when empty. Additionally, it comes with a stopper that temporarily halts the movement of the suspension. This is used when we do not want the cargo bed to move during loading, improving work efficiency. - External dimensions: 900mm × 900mm × H900 (340 when folded) mm - Load capacity: 80kg

Case 2: Electrical Equipment Company - Vibration-Proof Pallet ■ Protection for Vehicle-Mounted Electronic Signboards Used in Road Construction ■ We received an order for a vibration-proof device to ensure that the vehicle-mounted electronic signboards used in road repair work do not malfunction while traveling to the site. Due to the large and heavy equipment, the vibration-proof platform is constructed with sturdy steel frames. To accommodate various equipment such as electronic signboards and generators on the cargo bed, numerous mounting holes have been installed. - External dimensions: 1600mm × 1320mm - Load capacity: 500kg

Case 3: National University - Vibration-Proof Pallet with Protective Frame ■Transport of Major Components of a Telescope from Japan to Overseas■ Created for transporting major components of a telescope from Japan to an observatory in the United States. In the U.S., the components are transported over long distances on rugged roads, so the design prioritizes strength and durability. Since the roads are not as well-maintained as in Japan, air suspension was adopted. Previously, there were instances of misalignment in the telescope upon arrival, which incurred repair costs each time. However, by introducing the vibration-proof pallet, safe transportation has become possible. - External dimensions: 1200mm × 1200mm × H1330mm - Load capacity: 300kg

Case 4: Cosmetics Manufacturer - Vibration-Proof Pallet ■ Transportation between Production Bases of Cosmetic Ingredients ■ We received inquiries about product damage and mixing during truck transportation between production bases, which led to the development of a solution. The introduction of vibration-proof pallets significantly improved transportation issues. We focused on keeping costs down for mass introduction, using custom-made steel pallets. - External dimensions: 1100mm x 1100mm - Load capacity: 120kg
