Kitasato Type Extruder "KZP-S"

It consists of a resin extruded rod and a base, with holes arranged at 5mm intervals on the extruded rod.

The "KZP-S" is a device used to extrude sediment samples collected with a core sampler. By pushing the tip of the extrusion rod (extrusion rod head) into the core sampler, sediment samples inside the core sampler are extruded. When extruding the sample, the position of the pin inserted into the hole of the extrusion rod can be changed to adjust the length of the extruded sample.
