Ultra-low temperature freezer monitoring solution (compatible with various manufacturers)
Ultra-low temperature freezer monitoring solution
Double monitoring of temperature anomalies and power anomalies in cold storage for COVID-19 vaccines!! <Ideal for early detection and prevention of malfunctions and issues>
Temperature rise inside the storage due to various factors such as incomplete door closures, unplugged power plugs causing human errors, power outages due to lightning, and malfunctions of the refrigeration unit. At ISA, we monitor refrigeration units that store important vaccines 24/7, 365 days a year with two solutions that monitor both temperature and power. For power measures, we connect a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) that provides power in case of emergencies like power outages. For temperature monitoring, we install an automatic measurement unit with high-performance sensors to measure the internal temperature, and both systems issue alerts and notifications via email and warning lights in case of abnormalities. With a thoroughly automated system that enables automatic monitoring, automatic reporting, and automatic switching to emergency power, we reduce the burden on administrators and allow for a safe and prompt response. Features: 1. Prevents trends of temperature rise inside the storage due to incomplete door closures, refrigeration unit malfunctions, and power line troubles, with 24-hour emergency reporting capability. 2. The current status of the refrigeration unit can be checked at any time via smartphone, PC, etc. 3. Temperature data is visualized in the cloud, allowing long-term trends to be understood through graphs.

basic information
The management of vaccine freezers, such as ultra-low temperature freezers for Pfizer vaccines (-75°C compatible deep freezers) and low-temperature freezers for Moderna vaccines (-20°C compatible deep freezers), consumed human resources through regular inspections and checks of temperature loggers by opening and closing the doors. At ISA, we have developed a monitoring system using the WD100 series, which utilizes LoRa wireless communication to monitor the internal temperature without opening the doors and to provide warnings and notifications in case of abnormalities. The system allows for remote monitoring via smartphones and PCs, and its retrofitting method makes it easy to install even in freezers that do not have built-in temperature loggers.

Applications/Examples of results
By implementing this solution, automatic monitoring, alerts, and backups will be possible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It contributes to cost reduction related to tasks such as monitoring the state of cold storage and recording data, which were previously performed by personnel, as well as preventing human errors and troubles, early detection of cold storage failures, and preventive maintenance. It will further ensure preemptive measures against temperature anomalies and power supply issues for cold storage and freezers used for COVID-19 vaccines, making operations easier, safer, and more reliable for everyone.

Company information
In the 1990s, during the era of UNIX, we developed an automatic shutdown device as a countermeasure for troubles associated with shutdown processes. We focused on the development of network-related devices centered around Embedded Linux. As we entered the 2000s, we aimed to network all devices and announced solutions for integrated management and control. Even now, through the development of unique products such as intelligent UPS, network warning lights, and LoRa wireless sensing systems, we provide advanced cutting-edge technology in a safe and easy-to-use manner, contributing to the bottom-up of IT infrastructure. Additionally, ISAI leverages its extensive experience in power management for various servers in large-scale core systems and automated system operations to offer a wealth of technology related to system operations, from remote monitoring and device control over the network to the operation, monitoring, and management of power supplies (including UPS).
