We would like to introduce the case of our gap measurement system 'WISEGAP 2.4', which improves the quality and management processes of vehicle bodies that we handle. This product features data logging capabilities, allowing for the measurement of seal gaps at a rate of up to 2600 points per second over short time intervals. By using this function, it is possible to accurately measure the over-slam amount, which was difficult to achieve with traditional measurement methods using clay, and furthermore, to evaluate the relationship with the final static position of the door in detail. *For more information, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
