We would like to introduce a case study of the gap measurement system "WISEGAP 2.4," which improves the quality and management processes of vehicle bodies that we handle. In response to the concern of wanting to quickly and quantitatively evaluate "door closure (seal gap)," our product installs multiple wireless sensors with a magnetic base on the body side. By simply closing the door, the seal gap amount is instantly displayed on the PC screen, allowing for the verification of discrepancies with the design values through graphs.
