【Veneer Revolution】Shinnoki Prefinished Veneer Decorative Board The Shinnoki lineup consists of 16 types in 4 tones. On this page, we will introduce 6 types from the Mountain Walk series: - Desert Oak - Manhattan Oak - Granite Walnut - Dusk Flake - Stone Triba - Mineral Triba ■ Shinnoki's Commitment In Japan, the process of veneer lamination, coloring, and finishing is considered a craft. However, we utilize a fully automated line in Belgium for consistent production in our factory. In furniture factories, by cutting and edge-banding decorative boards like low-pressure melamine boards, we can easily and quickly produce high-quality decorative panels and furniture components. We use urethane acrylate paint on both sides and perform UV irradiation six times, resulting in a high-quality finish that retains the natural wood texture.
