【Veneer Revolution】Shinnoki Prefinished Veneer Decorative Panels On this page, we will introduce four types from the Shinnoki lineup: ■Sandy Beach - 4 varieties - Natural Oak - Ivory Oak - Milk Oak - Chalk Ash ■ What is Shinnoki? In Japan, the process of veneering, coloring, and finishing is considered a craft, but we utilize fully automated lines from Belgium for consistent production in our factory. In furniture manufacturing, by cutting and edge-banding decorative panels like low-pressure melamine boards, we can easily produce high-quality decorative panels and furniture components with short lead times. We use urethane acrylate paint on both sides and perform UV irradiation six times, resulting in a high-quality finish that retains the natural wood texture. While a typical veneer thickness in Japan is 0.2mm, this product uses veneer that is three times thicker, allowing for an overwhelming presence of wood grain to create a unique space.
