By creating a database of the health assessment and evaluation results of park facilities and setting and inputting planning conditions, it enables cost comparisons between preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance scenarios, calculates LCC (Life Cycle Cost) by park and facility, and generates report files in accordance with Forms 0 to 3 of the Guidelines for Formulating Long-Term Maintenance Plans for Park Facilities (Draft).
