In Japan, the craftsmanship of veneer lamination, coloring, and finishing is fully automated using a Belgian production line, allowing for consistent manufacturing in the factory. In furniture factories, by cutting and edge-banding decorative boards like low-pressure melamine boards, it is possible to easily produce high-quality decorative panels and furniture components in a short time. The front and back surfaces are coated with urethane acrylate paint and undergo a total of six UV irradiations, resulting in a high-quality finish that retains the natural wood texture. While a typical veneer thickness of 0.2mm is used in Japan, this product employs a veneer that is three times thicker, creating a space with overwhelming wood grain presence.
