We offer two models: the HS300 CHIP with a processing width of 300mm and a maximum processing thickness of 14mm, and the HS400 CHIP with a processing width of 400mm and a maximum processing thickness of 16mm. For wider cardboard, parts exceeding the processing width can be cut off and processed again. Equipped with a three-phase 3-horsepower motor, it can process two layers of single carton cardboard and reinforced double carton cardboard at a speed of 14 meters per minute. Other features include: - Easy mobility with casters. - Quiet operation with noise levels around 55 decibels during processing. - Specially shaped rollers and robust bearings that are heat-treated for integrated processing, ensuring durability for long hours of operation and consistent performance. - Blade edges are not damaged by staples or paper clips. - An operation button that combines a reverse switch for clearing paper jams and an emergency stop button. - A dust collection port that can be connected to a vacuum cleaner to suck up paper dust during processing. - Maintenance design that allows for easy oiling and cleaning.
