FSI is a tool for visually confirming the effects of plasma treatment. The pigment changes color in response to radicals, making it easy to confirm visually. Additionally, by measuring the discolored area with a colorimeter or similar device, the plasma capability can also be quantified. Two types are available: high-sensitivity and low-sensitivity products with different discoloration performance, and they can be easily attached to the workpiece using a labeler. Size: 10mm x 10mm (discolored area 4mm x 4mm).

Tough Plasma is a remote atmospheric pressure plasma unit that possesses the following features: ◆ High-density radicals Based on collaborative research results with Nagoya University, it generates high-density radicals. This enables high-speed surface treatment, providing high productivity and stability. ◆ Electrically neutral It does not cause electrical damage even to substrates equipped with IC chips and other components. ◆ Low-temperature processing The irradiation gas temperature is low, allowing safe use on low-melting-point resin materials. ◆ Robot cable It employs robot cables for power lines, contributing to the automation of production. ◆ Various self-monitoring functions By continuously monitoring various parameters such as discharge state and gas flow rate, it ensures high safety.
