You can share and utilize data recorded on-site using a tablet within your company's network without the hassle of re-entering it. In addition to the title of the menu screen, you can freely change item names in the ledger, allowing for use in various scenarios tailored to your operations. It is also possible to integrate with various automatic identification systems such as RFID (IC tags) and QR codes, enabling the linking of physical items with information. "Ledger" Function - Registration of managed items and optional linking of RFID tags and QR codes will be performed. - Existing Excel data can be utilized, allowing for easy ledger registration using a CSV file for import. - Various information such as management numbers and names can be registered in individual ledgers.
"Form Registration" Function - Import and register the Excel check sheet you are currently using. - The form of the check sheet can be used as is, and the cells for inputting results can be configured according to the guide. - With simple configuration options, registration and changes can be easily made without specialized knowledge of the system. - It is also possible to change the layout of the check sheet after registration.
"Record Implementation" Function - You can input registered check sheets paperlessly using a tablet device on-site. - By using RFID tags and QR codes linked in the ledger, anyone can quickly and reliably call up the sheet for the target item. (If not used, you can select from the equipment ledger list.) - In addition to inputting results, you can also register photos. - You can connect with Bluetooth-enabled measuring instruments to input measurement data directly. (Customization may be required depending on the equipment, so please contact us for details.)
"Performance Confirmation" Function - You can view and output recorded results (including photo information). - You can check the implementation status on the performance list screen. - You can view the results recorded in "Record Implementation" (with photos). - You can output the recorded results as a report (in Excel format). - You can output only the recorded result data in CSV format.
"Name Change" Function - You can change the system name and ledger item names at your discretion.
"Output Item Settings" Function - You can select only the necessary items from the recorded data in the record sheet and output them as CSV. - Integration with other systems can be easily performed.
