"Inspection Master" is a paperless system with robust features for equipment inspections, including a ledger function. Anyone can easily register related materials such as Excel-based check sheets and PDF drawings, and efficiently input inspection results and photos in a paperless manner using a tablet device. This eliminates the hassle of re-entering data for report creation, allowing for quick internal sharing of acquired data, which can be utilized for confirming abnormal situations and preventive maintenance through graphing numerical data. Our RFID (IC tags), including "Inmetal Tag," can also be integrated with two-dimensional codes. This enables the standardization of individual identification, which is fundamental to equipment management and contributes to traceability management. Depending on the combination of the ledger and check sheets, it can be used for equipment inspections in factories and infrastructure, calibration inspections of measuring instruments, regular inspections of utilities, and even after-sales service for products. ★ We will be exhibiting at "Monozukuri World Osaka" from October 2 to 4, and "Monozukuri World Kyushu" from December 11 to 13. "Inspection Sheet Creation" Function - Import and set up the currently used Excel-based check sheet. - The form of the check sheet can be used as is, and the cells for inputting results can be configured according to the guide. - With a simple setup focused on inspection tasks, it can be easily registered and modified without specialized knowledge of the system. - Layout changes to the check sheet after registration are also possible.

"Inspection Implementation" Function - You can use a tablet on-site to input registered checklists paperlessly. - By using RFID tags and QR codes linked to the equipment ledger, anyone can quickly and reliably call up the sheet for the target equipment.
