The "High-Grade Construction Method" is a new technique developed to prevent rainwater infiltration into the subgrade and to improve the durability of pavements and circular construction methods, utilizing the characteristics (stability) of ER asphalt concrete. By creating steps and establishing transverse joints, it prevents rainwater from entering the subgrade.
