At the Tobata Turret Works, our core technology, "non-ferrous forging," involves hot, warm, and cold forging of copper and aluminum alloys. We provide a comprehensive service from mold design and manufacturing to forming, machining, and surface treatment, producing items such as faucet fittings, copper terminals for power distribution, and automotive suspension components. In collaboration with industry and academia, we have developed a forging method that dramatically enhances the strength of aluminum and have obtained a patent for it.
