Service Features ● Evaluation/Analysis of Solar Cell Modules For solar panels experiencing issues such as output failures, we conduct investigations into the nature of the defects and analyze the causes. We examine the condition of the panels through non-destructive testing (Phase 1) using EL and electrical measurements, and then identify defective structures and causative materials through destructive testing (Phase 2). *The investigation and analysis are generally conducted by sending the affected panels to our company. *Phase 1 investigations can also be conducted on-site upon request. Aites Co., Ltd. is also a manufacturer of EL/PL inspection equipment. Using Aites' inspection devices, defects in the panels can be clearly revealed, even if the appearance seems fine to the naked eye. We also possess techniques for cross-sectional observation and analysis, allowing us to respond to customer requests accordingly. ● On-Site Investigation We perform open-circuit voltage and impedance measurements for all strings to identify defective (cluster failure) panels. Additionally, we can conduct insulation resistance measurements, BPD measurements, and I-V measurements based on customer requests.
