【Features】 ■ A load range from 0.325kg to 21.6kg is pre-installed in the device. By automatically selecting the weights, the operator's burden is reduced, and the safety of the operation is improved. ■ Up to three steps of load increase and decrease (multi-weight measurement) can be performed automatically in a single test. This allows for the determination of the flow rate ratio (FRR), which is commonly used as an indicator of how the rheological properties of thermoplastic plastics are affected by the molecular weight distribution of the material. (ASTM D1238 Method D) ■ It can also be used as a standard single-weight measurement melt indexer (MFR/MVR measuring device, MFR meter, MI meter, melt flow rate testing machine).
