We primarily focus on retrofitting, such as replacing parts of equipment that have exceeded the manufacturer's support period and overhauls, within the device itself. We respond to a wide variety of needs, including updating old OS device PCs, overhauling three-phase rectifiers, and potting electronic circuit boards for equipment installed in harsh environments. For maintenance, we also carry out passivation treatment in-house for small sheet metal components that come with the equipment. As an independent department separate from plant maintenance, engineers well-versed in power electronics and mechatronics at our headquarters support customers in solving their problems.

To be able to respond immediately, we have a welding machine, a drill press, a bending machine, a threading machine, a compressor for high-pressure terminal processing, various electric tools, a DC high-voltage tester, a calibrator (Yokogawa Electric Corporation model CA150), and a pressure gauge (compatible up to 40MPa) readily available. Additionally, to quickly adapt to smart technology for instrumentation testing, we own a HART communicator (Yokogawa Electric Corporation FieldMate) and a handheld pressure calibrator with automatic calibration functionality (GE model DPI611-13G) that is built into a PC. We also have a vibration meter with FFT analysis (IMV model VM-3024H, compliant with ISO18436) for calibrating vibration diagnostic systems and testing after overhauling pumps and blowers.
