Introducing examples of utilizing vacuum conveyor systems that achieve limitless versatility in transportation!
This document is a collection of case studies on the vacuum transport conveyor "EcoCuum," which can accommodate various layouts such as vertical, turning, and steep inclines by adsorbing lightweight transported items. We introduce numerous examples, including the automation of the task of arranging small bags, which saves one person per year, a "cutting device" that separates overlapping small bags, and the automation of inspections, which also saves one person per year, using a "double-sided inspection device" that allows for full inspections. 【Case Studies】 ■ "Cutting Device" for separating overlapping small bags ■ Automation of full inspections with a "Double-Sided Inspection Device" ■ Automation using cameras and robots for stable transport of lightweight workpieces ■ Automation of label printing and full inspections with a "Full Inspection Device" ■ Ensuring passage without stopping the transport line with "Bridge Transport" ■ Continuous reversal of transport direction and front/back orientation with "Up-Down Turning Transport" *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
