This is an introduction to our continuous chemical recycling technology for plastics, utilizing our twin-screw extruder 'TEX' and associated equipment. The raw materials are continuously decomposed through shear heating by the extruder's screw and heat transfer from the cylinder heater. By condensing and recovering the decomposition gas into liquid monomers downstream of the extruder, we can efficiently remove decomposition gases and residues, resulting in high-quality monomers with harmful substances removed. 【Features】 ■ Efficient continuous production of high-quality recycled plastics ■ Capable of recycling various materials other than acrylic ■ Stable supply of raw materials in various forms, such as film scraps and crushed pieces, to the extruder ■ Specification considerations using a test machine are also possible *For more details, please refer to the PDF document.
