At Inagaki Breast Clinic, we were looking for video evidence of troubles between the reception staff and patients. The decisive factor for implementing our four-channel recording software "KxViewPro4" was the provision of a trial version, which confirmed that it worked well on a different system PC for other purposes. Additionally, we found the login process via internet browsers cumbersome, and the ability to intuitively view live feeds was a significant point. As a result, we were previously accessing live footage through an internet browser, but now we can perform simple checks with one click, and it has become easy to play back recorded data in case of emergencies, allowing for stress-free operation.
