■Automatically perform binding work with sensor detection While automatically running on rails above the rebar, the sensor detects the intersections of the rebar and performs the binding work automatically. ■Achieve a work time of 2.7 seconds or less per location (at 200 full bindings) Using two binding machines at a 200mm pitch, binding is completed in 2.7 seconds per location. By automating simple tasks, productivity per worker can be improved. ■Can bind with various pitches and patterns Can bind in various pitches and patterns, including full binding, staggered binding, and skipping two. ■Target rebar: φ10, φ13, φ16 (Note: Binding may not be possible where three φ16 rebars intersect.) ■Rebar pitch: Supports from 100 to 300mm in increments of 25mm, pitch error: ±20mm *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
