At the historically significant location of Nihonbashi, the Royal Park Hotel's main kitchen handles large-scale dishes, including banquet cuisine, while offering a wide range of services. Here, we have adopted Halton's "Ventilation Ceiling System" and "Capture Jet Hood." Additionally, the "Capture Jet" is arranged within the ventilation ceiling system, and in the center, an M.A.R.V.E.L infrared sensor monitors heat exhaust. Various innovations enhance the efficiency of exhaust collection.
